Shipping Policy
-The products can be shipped from any of our warehouses located in America, China or Europe.
-Goods preparation times are on average 3-5 working days.
-For standard shipments, transit times will be 10-20 days
it depends on the country of arrival and customs clearance times.
If you urgently need to receive the products you can choose express shipping with transit times of 5-8 working days, however the extra charge will be at your expense and clearly specified in the order phase.
Standard shipping includes all costs, so you will not have to pay anything extra when the product arrives at your home.

Return & Exchange Policy
All products are covered by warranty for a period of 12 months. consumables/accessories have different guarantees ranging from 7 days to 12 months depending on the type of product.
New products very often have a valid guarantee also at European assistance centers.
If upon arrival your product is defective or not as described, you can return it at no cost to our service center in America or China, (depends on the product) you can choose between replacement or refund.
